So our adventure began on Friday after noon around 2pm when everyone was safely home from work and the car was packed. We arrived late that night around 10pm Az time 9pm CA time so all and all it took us about 7 hours to get there. This normally would not be bad except it felt like an eternity since I am pregnant. Sitting in the car for that long was brutal, but worth it. After chatting for a while everyone headed off for bed. The next morning we were able to hang out and chat all morning long. This was great fun Both Joey and Carter were a hit of the weekend. They were quite the entertainers. Joey would run around giggling all the way into someones arms just to laugh get back down and find someone new to make smile. While Carter would be passed from arms to arms as he slept all the way. On occasion if the recipient was lucky they would get to see the little darlings eyes and sweet smile. It was great fun.
Then at lunch time all the grown ups minus Nate, who gladly volunteered to stay home with the sleeping Joey boy while the rest of us went to Costco to purchase the goods for the Sunday feast. But before we did a lunch stop at IN-N-Out was a must, so we all (that is everyone but Bryan and Lindsey) enjoyed filling our tummies with delicious hamburgers and fries. Then off to Costco it was. We had a joyous time walking the rows I was personally happy I got to hold Carter almost the whole time. It was wonderful.
Later that night we headed out to the Train park. But before we got there it was time to eat some dinner by this time our party had nearly doubled in size (you see Nates parents and brother were also in town for the blessing). So we all went to some great Italian place and ate the most delicious dinner I had had in a long time.

Joey"liked" the olives best!
And when our bellies were filled, it was off to find the train. This was a wonderful experience, we got to see a whole room full of model trains along with riding a super cool train. We waited a very long time it seemed to ride an awesome train.

The whole experience was great, well besides the fact that it was about 45 degrees outside but all and all no one died of hypothermia nor was frostbite found. Yeah for Kelli...she was the planner of the weekend.

Sunday was such a sweet day. We all managed to get up shower eat and be at church early.... It was amazing. Then the moment we were all there for happened. Carter was given his name Carter Bryan King and a beautiful blessing pronounced to him via Nate.

After sacrament we all headed over to the house to take some pictures and feed our bellies so that no one would go hungry on our venture home. Thanks Kelli and Nate for the great time.

I love that you have updated your blog finally. I'l; also glad that you did not suffer frostbite nor hyperthermoia from my freezing plans! Next time we will go during the day I think there is more to see there, but we were too cold to care.
btw: Carter's last name is King, not Graves, but We love you anyway!
